Since its establishment in 2002, Dongji has been specializing in the R&D, design, manufacture and sale of high performance flat belts including conveyor belts and power transmission belts mainly made of polyurethane and polyamide. Dongji always takes it as its mission to develop cost-effective industrial belts for conveyor and power transmission system. In Chinese conveyor belt industry, we are the pioneer to produce high-performance conveyor belts that are energy-saving, dust-free and burr edge-free by thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and nanomaterial. Besides, our belts have the antistatic property, high-conductivity, abrasion resistance, outstanding resilience, and resistance to high or low temperature, perfectly responding to the demands of different automatic production machines. We are also the first one to combine the functions of power transmission and conveying together. Currently, Dongji provides four series of belt products of two brands (NALAR and DJBELTING): polyamide (nylon) high-speed driving belts, high-performance easily-spliced power transmission belts, light conveyor belts and specialty belts, which have together more than 380 specifications and models. In addition, we are able to quickly develop new belts on the market and offer conveyor belts with corresponding performance based on the templates provided by clients and the specific context of use. Upholding the belief that technological innovation is the engine of the company’s development, Dongji is people-oriented and pursues progress through technological development, building a professional team for technological research and development and establishing the first laboratory for the R&D and testing of industrial conveyor belts in South China. We have applied for patents from intellectual property offices (IPO) in China, America, Japan, and EU and gained 3 patents for inventions, 4 utility model patents, and 2 EU trademarks.

With our own plants and large raw material warehouses, Dongji has extraordinary capabilities of fast production and delivery. We carry out production immediately upon receiving the payment for goods. Our delivery time is far ahead of our peers, with the lead time within seven days and thirty days for commonly used models (connection belts and opening-end belts) and coil stock (500mm*120m) respectively. With the most complete supply chain in the conveyor belt industry and the support from renowned materials suppliers at home and abroad, we are able to ensure the product quality and meet the delivery time.

Dongji has the strict quality management and control system ISO 9001 prescribed by the ACM certification body. We also require our staff to be quality controllers. After self-test, every process will be checked by test staff before entering the next stage and finally going through the finished product inspection.
